Which areas do we service?
We deliver all over South Africa and the rest of the world.
When do you receive the ordered items?
A notification will be sent to the customer, via email or SMS, when we are working on the order. Another notification will be sent as soon as the order is on the way to the customer. Customers need to ensure that they are available to receive an order at their specified address. An identification document may be requested to ensure that the goods purchased end up with the right person. Alternatively, a question may be asked so please ensure that the receiver of the goods knows enough about the order, especially the ORDER NUMBER. If no one is available at the given address we will attempt to deliver the order after proper communication with the customer.
Any problem with the order?
We try by all means to keep our service smooth but should you feel any problem needs to be attended to, between placing your order and receiving it, please do not hesitate to email us at info@airstall.co.za. You can also call us on +27 73 441 7683. Should you wish to cancel your order please do so in 2 hours or less.
Receiving Your Order
If your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of a short delivery you may request a refund. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to reflect on your account. In case of wrong item(s) you may want to return and exchange the item(s). For these and similar incidents please do not hesitate to send an email to info@airstall.co.za or call +2773 441 7683 to discuss possible solutions. Please note that some items are exempt from being returned, refer to our refund policy to get the best out of our service.
