1. Which methods of payments do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards by Visa, American Express and MasterCard. You can use these cards to pay online or when you receive your order.

 2. What are your working hours?

Our delivery hours between Monday and Saturday are between 7:30 and 18:00. We don't deliver on public holidays.

3. Is there anyway to know when my order is on the way?

A notification will be sent to the customer, via email or SMS, when we are working on the order. Another one will be sent as soon as your order is on the way.

4. Can a member of my family accept my order on my behalf?

Yes, but the identification document may be requested to ensure that the goods purchased end up with the right person. Alternatively, a question may be asked so please ensure that the receiver of the goods knows enough about the order, especially the ORDER NUMBER.
