
Hinds Southern Coating can be used:
- As a batter for chicken, fish, chops, schnitzels, prawns and calamari
- As a batter for whole button mushrooms, sliced eggplant, potatoes and courgettes.
- To thicken stews, casseroles and gravies.
Hints; For a smoother coating, place coated chicken pieces in the fridge for 20 minutes before frying. If coating is too spicy for your taste, add a little flour. Don't add salt or pepper.
